Scheduling and campaigns

A screen plays its assigned playlist by default. Scheduling swaps that playlist by time and day — breakfast menu to lunch, weekday timetable to weekend.

Campaigns (Pro)

A campaign broadcasts one schedule to many screens or screen groups. During the window, campaign content overlays the screen's normal playlist. When the window ends, the assigned playlist returns.

1. Create a campaign and enrol screens or groups.
2. Add schedule rows: playlist, days, start/end times, optional date range.
3. Save. Enrolled screens follow the windows automatically.

A campaign screen still needs a regular playlist for the hours the campaign is off.
